01 · Problem
Luna is a B2B sales-tech product. Cold outreach only works if email lands. Every customer needs real mailboxes that are connected, warmed up and watched, and none of that can stay manual once customers multiply.
02 · What I built
- Nylas and EmailEngine integrations for connecting customer mailboxes.
- Self-hosted mailcow mail servers, provisioned per customer.
- Deliverability and warmup automation.
- Backend work across the product through two years of growth, in TypeScript, Go and Firebase.
03 · What happened
I joined at 3 people and grew with the company to 12, owning one critical area end to end. If email did not land, the product did not work.
The Command Center below is that infrastructure surfaced in product. Note the per-account "Email connected" status. Keeping that green, across every customer, was my job.
